About Technical Assistance
Legal Momentum provides individual technical assistance to advocates, attorneys, social services and health care providers, justice system personnel and others working with immigrant victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and trafficking in persons. For information about our technical assistance for law enforcement on U-visa issues, please read about our project funded by the Bureau of Justice Assistance.
We do not provide technical assistance or legal advice to individuals. If you are an immigrant victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and trafficking in persons, please access our Directory for a referral. If you are an immigrant victim, please have the person providing you with services contact us for technical assistance.
IWP provides technical assistance on the following issues:
