Interim Relief
I have a new client who has U-visa interim relief. What does that mean, is this the same as a U-visa?
Certification
I have been trying to obtain U-visa certification from the local law enforcement agencies in my area but they have either been unresponsive or have refused to sign certifications for my clients, even though my clients have been helpful in their investigations/prosecutions. What should I do?

My client is eligible for a U-visa, she is also detained in immigration custody. Is there anyway I can ask for her U-visa to be processed sooner so she can get out of detention?

My client’s application for a U-visa has been approved. However, she has a prior order of removal. Do I need to reopen her removal case? How do I do that?
