Breaking Barriers: A Complete Guide to Legal Rights and Resources for Battered Immigrants

In many cases, the legal information has changed significantly and we encourage you to review our new manual “Empowering Survivors: Legal Rights of Immigrant Victims of Sexual Assault” which was published in 2010 and other tools available in the web library. The chapters offered here are those that may include useful information not available in the updated Sexual Assault Manual.
